Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial and commercial electrical systems.
- Support PLC wiring, basic programming, and control panel setup.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
- Perform routine testing and inspections under supervision.
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks (MIG, TIG, Stick) for machinery installations and repairs.
- Assist in mechanical equipment setup, maintenance, and field repairs.
- Participate in rigging, fabrication, and basic millwright duties.
- Cross-train in mechanical maintenance and basic electrical work.
- Maintain a clean and safe jobsite, following OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Collaborate with Foremen, Project Managers, and team members to meet job timelines.
- Travel to job sites across the country as part of a mobile crew.
