Bakery de France is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the reliability and performance of our high-speed production equipment. This role is critical to maintaining uptime, ensuring safety, and driving operational efficiency across automated bakery lines.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime
Troubleshoot motors, VFDs, sensors, and 24VDC–480VAC electrical systems
Maintain and repair conveyors, belts, gearboxes, and related components
Identify root causes of recurring issues and support continuous improvement efforts
Adhere to all safety standards, including LOTO procedures
Qualifications
3 years of industrial maintenance experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
Experience working with conveyors and production equipment
Preferred: PLC troubleshooting, VFDs, sensors, welding, or food manufacturing experience
Work Environment
Fast-paced industrial bakery setting with exposure to heat, dust, noise, and physical demands.
Schedule
12.5-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule; flexibility for nights, weekends, and overtime required.
