About the Role

What You'll Do
- Partner closely with Sales Representatives to prepare and deliver customer quotes accurately and efficiently.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing prompt, professional, and courteous support.
- Analyze customer usage trends and collaborate with customers to forecast future product requirements.
- Manage customer orders and quotations within the ERP system.
- Review purchase orders to ensure accuracy regarding specifications, packaging requirements, and pricing.
- Evaluate technical drawings and specifications to verify critical product details.
- Coordinate responses to customer quality concerns and engineering inquiries with internal teams.
- Process returns, arrange replacement shipments, and support issue resolution efforts.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to help manage raw material purchasing and customer contract requirements.
- Monitor customer accounts and proactively identify opportunities to improve service and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
- Comfortable working with technical information and manufacturing specifications.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics NAV or similar ERP systems.
- Experience supporting aerospace, medical device, or highly regulated industries.
- Project coordination or leadership experience.
