Our client, the nation’s first integrated industrial power services organization, is growing and looking for a skilled, motivated Battery & Charger Technician to join the team.
As a Battery & Charger Technician, you’ll inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial motive power equipment both in the field and in our service shops. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, solving electrical/mechanical problems, and delivering exceptional customer service.
You’ll work independently and alongside experienced professionals supporting critical power systems that keep customer operations running.
What You’ll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance on industrial batteries and charger systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot AC/DC electrical and electronic systems
- Complete repairs and service work at customer sites and Concentric facilities
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer service requests
- Maintain accurate work orders and service documentation
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Collaborate with team members while also working independently
- Support additional service and operational needs as assigned

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic understanding of AC/DC electrical theory
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass:
- Background check
- Drug screening
- DOT medical requirements (or ability to obtain certification)
Preferred
- Associate degree or technical training
- Experience in material handling, motive power, batteries, chargers, or industrial equipment
- CDL certification (or willingness to obtain one)
Travel & Schedule
- Local and regional travel within assigned territory
- Home most nights
- Occasional overtime may be required
- Potential for limited out-of-state travel
