You'll take full ownership of the client account lifecycle, from the first conversation to the tailored service plan, building relationships that turn a routine visit into lasting account loyalty.
Core Functions of the Client Account Coordinator:
- Coordinate accounts by introducing Frontier's fiber internet services through informative, client-focused sales interactions
- Build trusted relationships by understanding client connectivity goals before recommending internet and mobile solutions
- Support account enhancements, including device upgrades, additional wireless packages, internet speed improvements, and bundled services
- Present Frontier connectivity solutions in a client-friendly way that supports informed decisions without unnecessary technical language
- Strengthen client loyalty by providing dependable support throughout the relationship
- Collaborate with the broader team to improve account growth, client retention, and sales performance
