Overview
We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Private Chef to craft exceptional culinary experiences tailored to the unique tastes and preferences of our distinguished clients. The ideal candidate will bring a vibrant energy, meticulous attention to detail, and a deep understanding for client requested food preparation. You will have multiple clients per week on set days that you will shop, cook and clean up for in the clients home. Looking for an experienced chef capable of managing a schedule of clients.
Duties
- Prepare customized, high-quality meals aligned with clients’ dietary preferences and nutritional needs
- Develop creative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients, culinary trends, and personal tastes
- Oversee all aspects of food production, menu creation, shopping, meal preparation and clean up.
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently and ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Coordinate with clients and managers
- Maintain strict food handling procedures to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety
Experience
- Culinary degree preferred but equivalent work experience is required.
- Extensive background, 4-5 years in a fine dining establishment or other high paced restaurant environment.
- Demonstrated success in menu planning, meal preparation and organizational skills as well as communication skills.
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions, allergy management, and specialized meal preparation (e.g., gluten-free, vegan)
