About Position :
- Home daily - local CDL driver home daily, every night, guaranteed
- No-touch freight - you drive, that's it. No loading, no unloading
- Dedicated routes - same lanes, same customers, same schedule every week
- No experience needed - entry level and experienced drivers both welcome
- Full benefits from day one including 401(k) with company match
Pay :
- Annual pay: $92,000–$97,000
- Average weekly pay: $1,600–$1,750
- Sign-on bonus: $5,000
- CPM rate: $0.68–$0.70 based on experience
Job Details :
- Position: Local Dedicated - Full-Time
- Freight: No-Touch, Dedicated Routes - Dry Van
- Home Time: Daily - local CDL driver home daily, no overnight runs, no exceptions
- Schedule: 5 or 6 days per week, day and night shifts available
- Weekly mileage: 2,500–3,000 miles
Equipment :
- Late model automatic trucks - 2024 well maintained fleet
- Dry van trailers
Requirements :
- Valid CDL-A license
- 21 years of age or older
- Clean driving record
- No SAP program or DUI history
- Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
- Must reside within 50 miles of Taylor, MI
Responsibilities :
- Safely operate CDL-A truck on local dedicated routes
- Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate ELD electronic logs
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding trip progress
