Looking to grow in the HVAC trade? We’re hiring Lead Installers and Installer Helper to work on residential and commercial projects. Join a team that respects your skills and invests in your future.
🔩 Lead Installer:
- Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and controls
- Lead Installers: Supervise helper(s) and manage job site logistics
- Ensure jobs meet code and customer expectations
🛠️ Helper Installer:
- Assist with installations and material handling
- Learn trade skills on the job
- Keep job sites clean and organized
âś… Requirements:
- Lead Installers: 3 years’ experience EPA cert
- Installer Helpers: No experience required – we’ll train!
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Drug free - Positive attitude - strong work ethic
- Ability to lift heavy objects, enter crawl spaces, attics etc
