This is a full-time, on-site role, perfect for someone who’s organized, loves talking to people, and can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be the go-to person for scheduling techs, answering customer calls, and making sure the day flows like clockwork. 🛠️📞
✨ A little about the job:
- Coordinate and schedule our plumbing & HVAC technicians
- Dispatch jobs quickly and efficiently
- Chat with customers and keep them updated
- Help with record-keeping and parts/equipment needs
- Work closely with our awesome service team to keep everyone on track
💪 We’d love to find someone who:
- Stays cool under pressure and loves multitasking
- Has great communication and people skills
- Knows their way around scheduling software (ServiceTitan or FieldEdge is a bonus!)
- Has some basic knowledge of HVAC & plumbing (not required but super helpful)
- Brings a positive attitude every day 🙌
