MJ Estates is a small 16 apartment Assisted Living Attached to the Exira Care Center. MJ Estates prides itself on its cozy atmosphere for residents and staff.. We are committed to providing the highest quality of services in the areas of transportation, personal care, and social services to the individuals we serve.
In this non-certified caregiving role, to assist tenants with activities of daily living. The fulfilment and satisfaction that comes with helping others surpasses the challenges of this job. Responsible for delivery of quality services such as assisting with care needs, activities, housekeeping, dietary (serving meals only) dining and cleaning, as well as medication administration, as needed.
If you’re a compassionate, positive person who isn’t afraid to work hard, then this is a job for you. We expect you to be polite and a good communicator. Experience in housekeeping tasks and caring for the elderly or sick will make you a strong candidate.
Responsibilities
Support clients with activities of daily living
- Medication Administration
- Help clients dress, bathe, eat etc.
- Serve noon and dinner meal prepared by dietary staff
- Do necessary housekeeping to maintain a clean environment
- Provide emotional support
- Assist with an emergency or incident
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
