What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality hair cutting, styling, and chemical services
- Deliver personalized consultations and style recommendations
- Educate guests on hair care, styling, and product usage
- Stay current on trends, techniques, and industry best practices
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
- Build strong guest relationships and encourage repeat visits
- Work collaboratively with your team to create an outstanding salon experience
What We’re Looking For
- Active Cosmetology License (North Dakota required)
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry
- Curiosity, drive and positive energy
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work with a variety of hair types and textures
- Bonus points for experience with curly/coily hair experience
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to learn, grow, and participate in continued education
