Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Mesa, AZ for a Client Care Specialist. The Client Care Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role includes managing customer accounts, maintaining client records, handling phone and email communications, and assisting in retention efforts. The specialist will serve as a key point of contact for clients and provide proactive support to build strong, long-lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention
• Excellent Communication skills, including effective written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and professionalism in handling client interactions
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple client requests with efficiency
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail in addressing customer concerns
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software
• Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role is an advantage
• Applicants should currently hold, or will obtain, an Arizona insurance producer's license
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
