Job Summary
The Marketing Analyst (MA) reports to the Director, Integrated Marketing and Operations and leads key analyses of all marketing campaigns and makes recommendations to the Integrated Marketing and Operations team as well as other departments throughout the company. This role also plays an integral part in pricing strategy by providing recommendations and analyses to key stakeholders within the department and cross-functionally as it relates to existing and new products. The key objective of the position is to collect, report on, analyze and draw insights and recommendations from a variety of internal and external data sources including Qlik, Google Analytics, Seismic, market research reports, and reported customer and market intelligence. You are also expected to build and maintain market models and dashboards to provide market and competitive insights for product marketing strategies. Finally, you will be measuring the effectiveness and returns of marketing initiatives and campaigns to inform the marketing team on potential changes to tactics and strategies. The overall goal is to utilize these tools to better support customer conversations and overall business recommendations that drive our revenue and utilize our marketing dollars in the most effective way.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain analytical reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to campaign performance, product penetration, and customer segmentation and behavior
- Analyze customer-specific and product-specific sales data to aid our understanding of revenue performance
- Extrapolate market trends and patterns from data analysis and suggest opportunities for improvement
- Evaluate digital marketing campaigns and deliver regular reports on your findings and suggested actions
- Gather, integrate, and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities and feedback from the sales team.
- Support pricing, sales promotions, and program outputs by supplying robust analytical expertise.
- May compile and analyze statistical data on past sales and trends to forecast future trends and state-of-the-art changes.
- Travel up to 10%.
- Responsible for cleanliness, organization, and overall marketing department appearance.
- Willing to train and instruct other members of the department and the company, by passing along skills and information to assist them in their development.
- Lead cross-functional teams on specific projects or initiatives, fostering collaboration and accountability

· Understand, follow and support Mizuho OSI’s internal Quality System policies, procedures and work instructions including but not limited to applicable external regulations (21 Code of Federal Regulations Part 820 Quality System Regulations and applicable International Standards).
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Requires 3- 5 years of related experience and Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
· Proficient in GA4, and LinkedIn Analytics
· Proven proficiency in data visualization and reporting platforms such as Tableau and Power BI, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear presentations
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
· Strong problem solving demonstrated by the ability to identify issues early, gather and analyze information effectively, develop alternatives as needed, and resolve problems promptly.
· Self-motivated, excellent communication skills, ability to learn new processes quickly.
· Ability to adapt to changing work priorities, and ability to maintain good working relationships while dealing appropriately with sensitive and confidential matters and with a wide variety of personal contacts.
· Extremely organized, detail oriented, and the ability to meet deadlines and deliver on commitments.
· Ability to display positive teamwork across business functions and interdepartmentally. A high level of collaboration and communication is essential in the team environment.

· Knowledge of hospital industry and human anatomy and/or medical device marketing experience preferred.
