Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Mizu Sushi Bar & Grill, located in San Jose, CA & Mountain View, CA. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, managing staff, handling food and beverage operations, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization. The role also includes hiring and training staff, managing inventory, and upholding the restaurant's standards and regulations.

We are also hiring for Assistant Restaurant Manager at Mizu Sushi Bar & Grill, located in San Jose, CA & Mountain View, CA. The Assistan Restaurant Manager must be able to support the Restaurant Manager to fulfill day to day tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Experience in Hiring and training staff
• Strong Communication skills
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work on-site and full-time in San Jose, CA or Mountain View, CA
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Relevant certifications in hospitality or restaurant management are advantageous

Salary

• Restaurant Assistant Manager: $65k & up (Depending on experience)
• Restaurant Manager: $75k & up (Depending on experience)
