This is a full-time, on-site role located in New York, NY for a Property Leasing Manager. The Property Leasing Manager will oversee day-to-day leasing operations, maintain positive relationships with tenants, conduct property tours, and execute lease agreements. Additional responsibilities include coordinating property maintenance, tracking lease renewals, supporting marketing efforts for property vacancies, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and property standards.
- Property leasing and management skills, including coordinating tenant relations and handling lease agreements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to ensure tenant satisfaction and successful leasing transactions.
