We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working on an assembly line and possess a strong mechanical aptitude. This role involves assembling components, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient workspace. MUST PASS a drug test.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the manufacturing facility.
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues as they arise during the assembly process.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools commonly found in manufacturing settings.
- Previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge, with the ability to understand assembly instructions and technical drawings.
- Experience working on an assembly line, demonstrating efficiency and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
