We’re seeking dependable, detail-oriented cleaners who take pride in their work and enjoy flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Provide general and detailed cleaning for residential and small commercial clients
- Follow cleaning checklists and uphold Mizi Maids’ quality standards
- Maintain professional communication with clients and team members
- Arrive on time and prepared for each cleaning
- Take before and after photos of each completed job (required)
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Must have a smartphone for scheduling and communication
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have own general liability insurance or be willing to obtain it.
Compensation
- Starting pay: equal to $19-$30 an hour; paid percentage of each job.
- 1099 independent contractor position
- Flexible scheduling — work as much or as little as you want
