Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in structural engineering curricula or related field, Master's with emphasis on structure engineering desirable
- EIT/Fundamentals of Engineering certification desirable
- 0-3 years of relevant structural engineering experience; building design experience with OSHPD and DSA structures desirable; Intern experience and/or Cal Poly-Miyamoto SESH desirable
- Basic structural analysis and design skills knowledge of steel, concrete, masonry, and timber
- Advanced analysis with ETABS, SAP, and Ram Steel desirable
- Strong analytical and communications skills; client relations/business development desirable
- Self-Motivated and conscientious work ethic
