Server

Ise-Shima Restaurant is looking for Food Runner who is passionate about providing great costumer service to all guest!

As a Server, you will:

• Be prepared to serve all guest in a service standard level that exceeds guest expectations.
• Greets and welcomes guests with a smile promptly upon arrival.
• Guide guest through beverage and food menu selections as well as promoting seasonal specials.
• Have strong knowledge of all menu items and is prepared to describe food ingredients and common allergens.
• Take food and beverage orders in a prompt and professional manner and verifies accuracy of the order before informing the kitchen.
• Respond to guest inquiries and special requests promptly and in a professional manner.
• Ensure all food and beverages are well presented and according to guest request.
• Clear Plates and reset tables, and assist restaurant servers to ensure guest satisfaction throughout service.
• Communicate with Management and Kitchen staff to ensure prompt and efficient service.
• Properly store and restock all reusable goods and condiments.
• Follow all liquor and food serving laws.

• Minimum 1 years previous experience
• Hotel F&B Experience preferred but not required.
• Basic computer (POS system) and cash register knowledge.
• Serve Safe Certified.
• Able to work weekends and Holidays.
