Overview

We're looking for a Program Manager to join our Photos Operations team and help lead one of the most critical systems at Mixtiles: the engine that turns millions of customer orders into beautifully delivered products around the world.

At Mixtiles, we fulfill over 1.5 million orders, with 13M products sent each year through a growing network of production facilities, shipping partners, and suppliers across the US, Europe, and Asia. This role sits at the center of that ecosystem — balancing real-time operational execution with strategic thinking, long-term improvements, and strong partner relationships.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves solving complex problems, thrives in fast-moving environments, and enjoys building systems and partnerships that scale. One day you'll be troubleshooting operational bottlenecks in real time; the next, you'll be driving cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and shape how we operate globally.

What you'll do

Own and improve day-to-day operations

You'll lead the day-to-day execution across production facilities and shipping flows, making sure orders move smoothly from production to delivery. You'll stay close to queues, delays, SLAs, and production plans, identifying issues early and solving problems quickly to keep the operation running at a high level.

Beyond reacting to issues, you'll continuously look for ways to improve how the system works — building scalable processes, refining workflows, and helping define the operating model we use to manage partners across multiple regions.

Build strong partnerships and drive accountability

A big part of this role is developing trusted relationships with key production and shipping partners around the world. You'll work closely with suppliers in the US, EU, and Asia, balancing collaboration with accountability to ensure high performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.

You'll be involved in ongoing operational and business discussions with partners, helping shape decisions around capacity, efficiency, quality, and cost.

Lead strategic operational initiatives

You'll own end-to-end operational projects — from identifying opportunities and defining the problem, through building the business case and driving execution across teams.

These initiatives may involve improving production efficiency, reducing shipping costs, increasing scalability, launching new capabilities, or strengthening operational resilience. You'll combine analytical thinking with practical execution to turn ideas into measurable impact.

Drive cross-functional execution

You'll work closely with R&D, Product, Customer Support, Marketing, and Finance to keep the operation aligned and moving forward. This includes translating operational needs into clear requirements, coordinating priorities across teams, and ensuring strong communication and execution across many moving parts.

Who you are

  • You're highly detail-oriented and comfortable making decisions based on data and operational insights
  • You combine strong execution skills with strategic thinking and know when to zoom in versus zoom out
  • You take ownership naturally and push things through until they're fully resolved
  • You're proactive and resourceful — you don't wait for problems to solve themselves
  • You enjoy solving complex operational challenges in fast-moving environments
  • You know how to build strong working relationships with external partners while maintaining a high bar for accountability and performance
  • You prioritize effectively, stay organized under pressure, and keep the bigger picture in mind while managing day-to-day execution
  • You communicate clearly and collaborate well across functions and cultures
