Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Luis Obispo, CA. As a Lead Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and testing of advanced electronics modules and systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and work to refine hardware and software designs. Responsibilities also include mentoring junior engineers, overseeing product development workflows, and contributing to the evolution of mixed signal design practices in our organization.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in circuit design, embedded systems development, and hardware debugging
- Proficient with Python and HDL languages
- Knowledge in mixed signal electronics and analog/digital conversion principles
- Effective team leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with design software such as SPICE
- Excel in a teaching role is a plus
- Previous experience in educational or training module development is a plus
