We’re looking for an energetic, reliable Support Staff team member to join our front desk assistant team.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Someone seeking part-time work (under 20 hours per week)
- Outgoing, dependable, and proactive
- Strong customer service background
- Comfortable selling retail, recommending products, and upselling services/add-ons
Front Desk Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and complete the check-in process
- Drive retail sales by recommending products that fit client needs
- Upsell services and add-ons confidently and professionally
- Answer calls, book appointments, and provide accurate service information
- Complete check-out and schedule future visits
- Keep the retail area and common spaces clean, stocked, and organized
- Support providers and fellow team members with additional tasks as needed
Assistant Responsibilities:
- Perform shampoos, apply conditioning treatments, and toners
- Manage salon/spa laundry
- Maintain salon cleanliness (sweeping, mopping, cleaning stations/chairs/mirrors, color dishes, bathrooms, kitchen, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa rooms
