Mixed Elements: Salon Spa Boutique is a full-service salon, spa, and beauty boutique offering upscale hair, skin, and nail services. Our hybrid salon is home to both commissioned employees and station renters, and we are currently seeking additional hairstylists to join our team.
This job description applies to W-2 commission employees.

Applicant Must:
- Hold a valid Maryland Cosmetology or Hairstylist License
- Demonstrate a strong technical skill set, including cutting, coloring, and foiling
- Consistently pre-book appointments, upsell add-on services, and recommend retail products
- Actively grow and/or maintain a client book through retention, social media, referrals, and word of mouth
- All applicants will be required to perform a cut, highlight, and cut/style as part of the interview process
EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION
This position is offered as W-2 employment in compliance with IRS regulations. We do not offer 1099 independent contractor positions.
Mixed Elements also offers station rental opportunities, which are separate from commission employment.
