Shift Lead – Mix Pop
$18/hour tips | Part-Time or Full-Time | Versailles, KY
Mix Pop is getting ready to open in downtown Versailles, and we’re looking for a dependable, confident Shift Lead to help run day-to-day shifts and support our opening team.
This is a hands-on position. You’ll make drinks, help customers and work alongside the team while also being the person employees can turn for assistance.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the team during assigned shifts
- Make drinks and provide customer service alongside team members
- Help keep service running smoothly during busy periods
- Complete opening and closing procedures
- Handle cash and basic register responsibilities
- Process approved refunds/voids when necessary
- Make sure cleaning, stocking and end-of-shift tasks are completed
- Help train and support Team Members
- Reinforce Mix Pop recipes, procedures and customer-service standards
- Communicate problems or unusual situations to management
What we’re looking for:
- Dependable, responsible and comfortable taking the lead
- Friendly and confident with customers
- Able to stay calm and make reasonable decisions during a busy shift
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable holding coworkers accountable while still being approachable
- Previous restaurant, retail, food service or supervisory experience is preferred
Schedule:
Approximately 25–35 hours per week. Mix Pop’s planned operating hours are 11 AM–7 PM, six days per week. Shift Lead applicants should have strong afternoon/evening and weekend availability and be able to open or close as scheduled.
Pay: $18/hour plus tips
