What do we offer?
- We offer an annual salary between $45,000–$50,000, depending on experience
- Monday to Friday schedule | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- Validate, sign, and issue academic documents including certificates, diplomas, and academic records for active students and graduates
- Coordinate the printing and issuance of official academic documents
- Manage apostille processes and ensure proper follow-up and control of required documentation
- Provide support to active students and graduates via phone, email, and in person
- Receive and deliver academic documents through in-person, email, and postal channels
- Support the Academic Administrative Management department in daily operations
- Ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance of student academic records and institutional processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Education, Social Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in academic administration, student services, registrar operations, or document management
- Experience handling academic records and official documentation preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and customer service skills
- Fluent English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Availability to work onsite in Miami, FL
