MityLite is looking for a hands‑on, execution‑driven Director of Product Development to lead our product management team and accelerate innovation across our durable goods portfolio. What You’ll Lead

You’ll own the full product lifecycle—from ideation through launch—ensuring we deliver high‑quality, market‑ready products on time and within budget. The role is both strategic and deeply operational. What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing product management team
