Mity-Lite, Inc., a Utah County furniture manufacturer is seeking a Fabricator to join our Operations team. This position would have responsibility to perform repairs on jigs and fixtures, help team members complete Daily Kaizen / improvement projects, work in L2L (maintenance ticketing system: Leading to Lean), and provide support to all value streams / cost centers.

Job Duties
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on jigs and fixtures (PM- L2L)
- Ability to read prints to repair jigs to naturel state.
- Inspecting and testing finished work to ensure it conforms to specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain correct records of work performed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist in training team members as needed.
- Other Duties as assigned
- Good work ethic: Reliable, dedicated, productive, cooperative, and self-disciplined.
- Physically able to stand and work on feet for extended periods of time.
- Ability to weld steel and aluminum preferred.
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Proficient in using hand tools and reading prints.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Intermediate computer skills for record keeping: Leading to Lean, and email.
- Strong record of completing tasks on time.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral.
