Job Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Associate position located in West Palm Beach, FL. If you have experience in sales and you care about helping people, we would like to hear from you. No eye-care experience is needed. We provide hands-on training and certified courses to help you grow with the company.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Forming and maintaining positive relationships with customers and businesses.
• Helping customers find products, process payments, and operate cash registers.
• Being responsible for day-to-day tasks related to selling eye care services and products.
• Educating customers about our product options and services.
• Building relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets.
• Analyzing and understanding customers’ needs and requirements.
• Building relationships and maintaining positive relationships with patients.
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns.
• Generating new leads, building relationships with potential clients, presenting products or services, negotiating sales terms, and closing deals to achieve sales targets, while maintaining a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs to drive sustainable business growth.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus!
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but not required.
