What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mid-Shift Maintenance Worker position at Mittersill Alpine Resort?

Full-Time or Part-Time positions available:**Mid-shift between the hours of 1:00pm to 9:30pm, Sunday's 8am-4:30pm.**
The right person enjoys people, likes working with others, and will be a positive and contributing member of the team. Qualified candidates will enjoy working in a busy environment, have integrity, demonstrate honesty, dependability, a positive attitude and have a pleasant manner.
Skills and experience helpful; must be able to work independently. This position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including am/pm shifts, weekends and holidays.
Maintenance workers are responsible for maintenance and repair work for Mittersill property, rooms, units, grounds and public areas.
General maintenance and repair workers fix and maintain machines, mechanical equipment, buildings and assists in on-going renovation programs.
This position may be required to paint, repair flooring, janitorial work, lawn/snow maintenance, work on carpentry, building, plumbing, electrical and heating systems. As well as, respond quickly and troubleshoot using necessary tools.
The job requires both indoor and outdoor work, and sometimes lifting heavy loads.
Mittersill Alpine Resort is located in Franconia, next door to Cannon Mountain off I-93 exit 34C. 5 miles from downtown Franconia following route 18.
