Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Data entry: Entering product details, including assigned numbers, into company databases or spreadsheets with high accuracy.
- Number generation: Following established numbering conventions to generate unique identifiers for new items.
- Number verification: Checking for duplicate numbers, missing information, or inconsistencies in assigned numbers.
- Number allocation: Assigning appropriate numbers to products based on product type, category, or other relevant criteria.
- Number maintenance: Updating numbering systems as needed due to product changes, new item introductions, or system updates.
- Recordkeeping: Maintaining accurate records of assigned numbers and related product information.
- Quality control: Performing data checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned
