Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their needs.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions, handle cash, and manage returns.
- Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos to inform customers about features and benefits.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by organizing displays and stocking shelves effectively.
- Assist in inventory management, conducting inventory counts, and managing stock levels.
- Uphold store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting shopping environment for customers.
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or complaints over the phone.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills are required for accurate transaction processing and inventory management.
- Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable as they can assist a diverse customer base.
