Experienced Roofing Sales Representative
At Mitten Roofing, we believe great salespeople should be paid fairly, transparently, and without unnecessary complexity.
We’re growing and looking for experienced roofing sales reps who want the opportunity to take control of their income in a supportive, team-focused environment.
Compensation Structure
Our pay model is designed to be straightforward and transparent:
- 3% company overhead is applied to each job
- Remaining profit after job costs is split 50/50 between you and the company
Example:
- Job sells for $20,000
- Job costs = $12,000 (labor, materials, permits, etc.)
- 3% overhead = $600
- Remaining profit = $7,400
- Your earnings = $3,700
- Company share = $3,700
No hidden deductions. No confusion on how you’re paid.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through door knocking, referrals, and networking
- Perform roof inspections
- Meet with homeowners and present solutions
- Assist clients through the insurance claims process
- Close and manage your deals
What We Provide
- Support with insurance supplements and back-end processes
- Production and project management
- Collections and job flow coordination
Our goal is to handle the operational side so you can stay focused on selling.
What We’re Looking For
- Roofing or in-home sales experience required
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented individuals
- Comfortable with door-to-door prospecting
