Responsibilities
Infrastructure Strategy & Planning
• Develop and maintain 3–5 year Infrastructure Roadmap.
• Define enterprise infrastructure standards and target architecture.
• Align infrastructure investments with business goals and regulatory expectations.
• Establish infrastructure modernization strategy.
Enterprise Infrastructure Governance
• Establish governance framework for infrastructure platforms.
•Oversee infrastructure risk management activities.
•Lead infrastructure compliance initiatives.
•Drive process maturity improvements.
Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure Architecture
• Design and govern hybrid cloud architecture.
• Lead AWS and Azure infrastructure strategy.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and cloud services.
• Ensure appropriate cybersecurity and resiliency controls.
Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Technology
• Own technology recovery strategy.
• Coordinate disaster recovery architecture.
• Support enterprise BCP exercises.
• Improve recovery capabilities and resilience metrics
Regulatory and Audit Coordination
•Interface with OCC auditors and regulators.
•Coordinate regulatory examinations.
•Lead remediation activities.
•Respond to audit findings and management actions.
Infrastructure Program Management
• Sponsor large infrastructure transformation programs.
• Manage roadmap execution.
• Establish technology standards and governance checkpoints.
Minimum Skills & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience: 15 years of progressive IT infrastructure experience.
• 10 years in an IT infrastructure leadership.
• Experience managing enterprise infrastructure environments in regulated financial institutions.
• Experience leading hybrid cloud transformation initiatives.
• Experience overseeing both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Experience managing network infrastructure organizations.
• Experience leading Disaster Recovery and Operational Resiliency programs.
• Experience interacting directly with regulators and auditors.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $150K - $170K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
