Company: Mitsubishi Performance Polymers Division Job Description: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES The functions below are not all inclusive of the duties for this position. Other responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary. 1. Responsible for production productivity and production quality. 2. Building production recipes and monitoring the production line. 3. Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations. 4. Comply with all safety procedures, including PPE, LOTO, and safe lifting techniques, ensuring Operator safety for themselves as well as coworkers. 5. Attends Shift Team Meetings (Start of shift). 6. Assist with line clearing and product changeover 7. Responsible for maintaining plant cleanliness. 8. Assist with prescribed preventative maintenance on machines as required. 9. Complete daily checklists. 10. Complete training book (APO) within 90-day probationary period. 11. Participate in all Safety Requirements (CBT, Safety Observations, Safety Meetings, and 6S Audits). 12. Work the schedule rotation – 12 hour shifts, 4 days on/4 days off. Shifts will rotate every 4 weeks from Days (7a-7p) to Nights (7p-7a). Thank you for your interest in working on our team!
