About the role:

This Position will be the National Accounts' primary point of contact for all new sales efforts involving software solutions, fleet services, and parts-related information to improve account acquisition success. In addition, this role will lead all deployment and onboarding efforts for new accounts using LTS and fleet services for their fleet management, to create a successful customer experience and enable our dealers to service them effectively.

What you will do:

  • Creating and Maintaining Presentation Material for Customer Deployments and Sales Opportunities. Supporting National Account Sales Managers in presentations and account expansion. Leading Deployment Efforts for New Customers.
  • Creating and maintaining Fleet Services-related RFQ responses. Partnering with Dealer Network as well to respond to RFQs.
  • Leading Deployment Efforts for New Customers, Training, and Project Management Included.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement at existing accounts. Coordinate with relevant departments, including sales, to improve the parts and service business.
  • Be the subject matter expert to support customers and national account reps, when it comes to service parts opportunities, including: onboard computer systems, telematics, collision avoidance systems like real-time location or lidar, object detection, fleet management hardware, etc.

  • Hybrid position based out of Grand Rapids, MI
  • This job requires some travel.
Qualifications:

What you need to have:

  • 2 to 7 years’ experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Customer Service Experience with Service dealers and large-fleet customers. Experience selling products in the material handling industry.
  • Strong Presentation Skills and ability to communicate software and relevant services. Experience selling fleet management solutions.
  • Intermediate or better written and verbal communication skills, Basic knowledge of equipment, and mechanical aptitude.

What would be nice to have:

  • Experience using formal fleet reporting software.
  • Strong understanding of dealer service operations (dispatch, work order/invoice processes, etc.).
  • Ability to train and teach individuals on software platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of financing/leasing principles and use of a financial calculator, knowledge of fleet management concepts and metrics.
  • Expert-level understanding of equipment product knowledge.

The salary for this position ranges from $76,500 to $95,000 annually. The specific salary for a successful candidate will depend upon, among other legitimate factors, education, training, and/or experience.
