Senior Programmer Analyst
We seek a seasoned Senior Programmer Analyst to spearhead impactful projects that drive business efficiency across multiple platforms. In this role, you will collaborate with Boomi iPaaS, APIs, and SQL to optimize enterprise applications, middleware integrations, and reporting solutions.
About the Role
- Develop & Implement Advanced Business Applications: Automate processes and enhance system functionality by designing and deploying sophisticated business applications.
- Lead System Integration Efforts: Oversee integrations across ERP, CRM, financial systems, quality control, and manufacturing applications to ensure seamless data flow and efficient operations.
- Customize & Extend ERP: Write custom assemblies in C# or VB to align Syteline with business requirements and extend its capabilities.
- Architect & Maintain Integrations: Design and maintain integrations using middleware/iPaaS solutions, with a focus on Boomi and API-driven workflows, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Optimize SQL Performance: Enhance database performance and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure data integrity and optimal system functioning.
- Enhance Reporting & Analytics: Leverage Power BI, data warehousing, and Power Query to develop advanced reporting and analytics capabilities that inform business decisions.
- Monitor & Troubleshoot Business-Critical Applications: Identify root causes of technical issues and implement lasting solutions to minimize downtime and maximize system availability.
- Mentor & Train Colleagues: Share expertise and provide guidance on tools and programming methodologies to foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Continuously monitor emerging technologies and identify opportunities to drive efficiency and innovation within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree: Hold a degree in a computer-related field and possess at least 7 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (or equivalent experience).
- Expertise in Middleware/iPaaS Solutions: Demonstrate strong proficiency in middleware/iPaaS solutions, particularly Boomi, with excellent API integration skills.
- Proficiency in SQL & Database Management: Possess in-depth knowledge of SQL and database management, including MS SQL.
- Hands-On Experience with Power BI: Have practical experience with Power BI, data warehousing, and Power Query for advanced reporting and analytics.
- Advanced Programming Skills: Showcase expertise in C#, VB, and PowerShell, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Strong Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrate exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to system maintenance and issue resolution.
- Excellent Communication & Project Management Skills: Possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business units.
