5.0 Knowledge/ Experience/Skills
Ø Regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit plus speak clearly and listen.
Ø Must be able to use hands to securely handle products, tools, feel objects, operate equipment controls, and reach with hands and arms.
Ø Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Ø Must be able to regularly lift up to 25-Lbs and safely lift up to 50-Lbs occasionally.
Ø Must show proficiency in the operation of all necessary equipment.
Ø Exposure to airborne particles and/or moderate chemical fumes known to be toxic.
Ø Exposure to vibration and elevated noise levels
Ø Must be able to wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for extended periods of time.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral and diagram form. Can deal with problems involving standard practices. Ability to think and assembly information into a rational step-by-step process

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, sit, stand, kneel, bend and reach. The job requires the regular use of computers, telephones and other communication devices. Employees must be able to access confined spaces when necessary. Employees will be required on occasions to travel by car and airplane. Employees will also be working with and around chemicals and possibly be required to wear and use a respirator device along with the appropriate PPE for the area and work being performed.
Work Environment
Most of the workday will be in Laboratory/manufacturing/factory areas that include but not limited to analytical lab, process chemical baths, grit blasters, thermal spray booths, machine tools, QC labs, Cleanrooms, wastewater treatment, facilities and shipping/receiving areas. Time will be spent in office areas, customer sites, building support spaces and roof tops of Cleanpart facilities. The office areas will be clean, well-lit and well ventilated. Use of protective safety equipment will be required while working in all production/manufacturing areas per Cleanpart PPE protocols.

Essential Functions
- Adhere to Cleanpart-US Safety and Quality Policies and Procedures at all times.
- Ensure all actions related to process chemical handling, documentation, storage, labeling, and resulting industrial waste is handled in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Organize and classify waste streams, conduct sampling to ensure proper waste stream disposal.
- Maintain documentation and records of new chemical, waste disposal or discharge activities.
- Prepare, generate, and submit applicable reporting to regulatory agencies. (City, State and Federal)
- Perform inspections of chemical and waste storage areas and equipment according to schedule as required by procedure and regulatory requirements.
- Work with Chemline Technicians to ensure chemical process tanks are built according to specification and verified through applicable titration analysis.
- Work with procurement to ensure adequate wastewater treatment chemical inventories are maintained to prevent production interruption.
- Support site maintenance technician in general maintenance tasks as needed after completion of primary duties
- Maintain a professional approach at all times including fostering open and effective communications between management and staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with 5S protocol.
- Report and Investigate safety incidents and unsafe or defective equipment.
- Identify, develop, and implement corrective and preventative action in accordance with company policies.

5.0 Knowledge/ Experience/Skills
- Proficient working knowledge of local, city, state and federal regulations, statutes, and requirements, including EPA, RCRA and DOT
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Diligence in following procedures, prioritizing, multiple tasks, and producing accurate, high quality, detailed results.
- Well-organized, self-starter able to work independently while promoting a team-environment; adaptable and maintain positive attitude in response to workplace dynamics.
- Ability to learn operating knowledge of all necessary processing equipment and processes.
- Possess good oral and written communication skills in the English language.
- Basic math skills and understanding of basic chemistry
- Must have related technical experience, or military experience or equivalent.
- Must maintain RCRA certification.
- Two (2) years of related industry experience
- Computer skills with MSOffice applications
