đź’° Pay Range (based On Academic Level)
- Sophomore: $21.00/hour
- Junior: $23.75/hour
- Senior: $26.00/hour
- $4,000 relocation assistance available for eligible candidates
- Quality and process improvement projects
- Root cause & corrective action investigations (CCAR / ICAR / SCAR)
- Control Plans, PFMEAs, and Process Flow updates
- Lab results analysis and performance monitoring
- Audits, customer quality inquiries, and regulatory reporting
- Hands-on engagement on the manufacturing floor
- Engineering students (Quality, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related)
- Curious, detail-oriented problem solvers
- Comfortable working with both data and people
- Interested in manufacturing, quality systems, and process control
- Real Quality Engineering experience
- Exposure to IATF / ISO environments
- A stronger technical foundation — and a résumé that actually means something
Salary : $21 - $26
