This position will work closely with customers and vendors to create new ampoule designs, develop cleaning and fill procedures, inspection and repair procedures and manage inventory, ensuring smooth operation from design to shipment. - Work with customers and vendors to create and refine ampoule designs.
- Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to cylinder design, use, installation, and complaints.
- Define and manage the ampoule inventory for both internal and external use based on demand, fill size, and customer usage.
- Oversee valve and parts replacement inventory for internal and external needs.
- Update and maintain the ERP and external database of parts and ampoules, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Develop and implement cleaning processes and fill procedures for new chemistries.
- Train operators in cleaning and filling procedures, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle the materials safely and efficiently.
- Develop and implement inspection and repair procedures for new or existing ampoule designs.
- Create and implement scaled-up procedures and processes for High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) alongside engineering.
- Gather feedback from operators to facilitate continuous process improvement and efficient scale-up.
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- 5 years relevant experience
- Ability to understand drawings and material of construction capabilities for cylinders and valving.
- Knowledge of chemical compatibility, specifically with silanes and metal organics.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders across global locations.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and database management.
- Proven track record in process development and improvement.
- Prior experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry preferred.
- Familiarity with ampoule or similar product design and development preferred.
- Experience with ampoule/cylinder management for microelectronics industry preferred.
- The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $145,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
