The Senior Manager, Engagement leads enterprise employee engagement strategy to ensure employees feel connected, supported, and positioned for success from day one. This role oversees onboarding strategy, enterprise engagement governance, and employee-driven communities, while translating employee feedback into meaningful engagement initiatives.
The Senior Manager manages a team of Engagement Leads and serves as the primary architect of programs that strengthen employee connection, voice, and experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Onboarding & New Hire Experience
Design and lead the enterprise onboarding strategy to deliver an inspiring and engaging experience from pre-boarding through the first year of employment.
Launch and manage the Enterprise Engagement Council, which brings together employee-run groups and site engagement leads to align engagement efforts across the organization.
Workplace Survey Strategy
Lead the enterprise workplace survey program and drive meaningful action from employee feedback.
Co-lead organization-wide engagement initiatives in partnership with the Events & Recognition team.
Lead and develop a team of Engagement Leads responsible for delivering engagement programs across the enterprise.

- Develop and oversee a Day 1–Day 365 onboarding framework that supports new hires and interns at key milestones (pre-boarding, first week, 30/60/90 days, and first year).
- Create scalable onboarding experiences that support different employee populations, career stages, and roles.
Launch and manage the Enterprise Engagement Council, which brings together employee-run groups and site engagement leads to align engagement efforts across the organization.
Workplace Survey Strategy
Lead the enterprise workplace survey program and drive meaningful action from employee feedback.
- Manage the annual workplace survey lifecycle including planning, communications, and engagement campaigns.
Co-lead organization-wide engagement initiatives in partnership with the Events & Recognition team.
- Collaborate to design engagement programs, campaigns, and moments that strengthen connection and culture across the workforce.
Lead and develop a team of Engagement Leads responsible for delivering engagement programs across the enterprise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 12 years of experience leading employee engagement, onboarding, employee experience, or HR programs.
- Experience designing and managing enterprise engagement or onboarding strategies.
- Demonstrated success managing high-performing teams and complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience leading employee feedback programs or workplace surveys and translating insights into action.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to balance strategic program design with operational execution.
- Experience collaborating with events, culture, or recognition teams is preferred.
