JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced, technically savvy, process-oriented and dynamic product leader with strong enterprise software experience to join our Product Management team, which is focused on delivering transformational new software solutions for large multi-national corporations in legal, Human Resources, Risk and Compliance management. As the Manager of Product Management Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our product management processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, development teams, marketing, and sales, to drive the successful development and delivery of our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and a passion for optimizing operational efficiency.

Core Requirements and Responsibilities:

Essential job functions included but are not limited to the following:

* Evaluate and enhance existing product management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

* Drive consistent requirements, launch and roadmap setting processes across teams

* Foster strong relationships with product managers, development teams, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on product strategy and priorities.

* Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product management operations and regularly report on the team's performance against these metrics.

* Implement tools and systems for tracking and reporting on project progress and key milestones.

* Stay informed about industry best practices and incorporate relevant improvements into the product management operations.

* Ensure consistent and effective use of Product Management tools, including ProductBoard and Pendo

* Lead cross-product knowledge sharing and ongoing team learning to maximize the Product Management team capabilities and employee experience

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in product management or related roles within the enterprise software industry.

* Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.

* Familiarity with Agile and other product development methodologies.

* Experience with product management tools and systems.

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
