About the Role:
Mitogrow is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Territory Sales Representative to support our
commercial growth in California, Texas or Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for executing user-level sales activities, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue across your assigned territory. The market focus will be on landscape professionals, tree care, and container nurseries. You will report directly to the Director of US Sales and play a key role in expanding mitogrow’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan aligned with company prioritized objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, end users and industry organizations.
• Conduct on-site user visits, product demonstrations, and follow-up evaluations.
• Identify and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Provide customer feedback and market insights to the Director of US Sales and broader commercial team.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and CRM data.
• Collaborate with technical support and marketing teams to ensure high-quality customer experience.
Qualifications:
• 2–5 years of sales or customer-facing experience, preferably within landscape, tree care, or container
• nursery markets, with an emphasis on plant health and nutrition
• Proven success in remote sales environments; highly self-motivated, organized, and accountable
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory (estimated ~50% overnight travel)
• Experience working with or selling through distributors
• Passion for sustainability, innovation, and serving the green industry
Compensation:
• Base Salary: 70-110K Commensurate with experience
• Commission: Performance-based commissions on territory sales
