This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant Office Manager located in San Diego, CA. The primary responsibilities include managing day-to-day office operations, providing administrative support to executives, coordinating schedules and meetings, handling communication, and overseeing office equipment and supplies. The role will also involve maintaining a professional and well-organized office environment, managing vendor relations, and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, including professional verbal and written correspondence
- Proficiency in administrative assistance and office organizational tasks
- Experience with office equipment operation and maintenance
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Knowledge and experience in office administration
