Family-owned and operated egg distribution company serving customers since 1968. We service all segments of the industry, including retail, wholesale, distributors, and food service.
Immediate Retail Territory Opportunity (Remote): Coverage area includes Southern New Hampshire, Central New Hampshire, and Massachusetts border cities and towns.
Prior merchandising experience is preferred, but not required.
Retail Merchandiser Job Responsibilities
· Provide point-of-purchase and shelf management services.
· Determine call schedules by reviewing priorities with the supervisor and discussing special instructions, product promotions, new products, and upcoming sales.
· Maintain customer relationships by regularly visiting dairy managers.
· Maintain store shelves by monitoring egg cases and repackaging damages and removing expired products.
· Maintain inventory by restocking shelves from available inventory. Place additional orders as needed.
· Complete call reports and provide weekly competitor pricing information.
· Maintain quality standards by following and enforcing company procedures.
Hours and Compensation
· Flexible schedule, part-time, 24 hours per week.
· Monday–Friday, with flexible working hours between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
· Hourly wage: $18–$22, based on experience.
· Mileage reimbursement provided
· Retail Merchandiser Qualifications / Skills
· Basic knowledge of dairy products and eggs
· Customer-focused, relationship building abilities
· Strong organizational and territory management skills
· Attention to detail
· Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Education and Experience
· High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
· Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field preferred
· Related experience in food products or a retail environment preferred
Salary : $17 - $22
