The Stockroom Attendant receives, stores, puts away, and issues equipment, material, supplies, merchandise, tools, and compiles stock records in stockroom, warehouse, or storage areas by performing the following duties.
Shift: A Shift M-Thu 5am-3:30pm
Starting Pay: $22.50

The Stockroom Attendant receives, stores, puts away, and issues equipment, material, supplies, merchandise, tools, and compiles stock records in stockroom, warehouse, or storage areas by performing the following duties.
Shift: A Shift M-Thu 5am-3:30pm
Starting Pay: $22.50
Responsibilities
- Ensure all build-date orders and rush orders are pulled, completed, and delivered on time, maintaining an On‑Time‑In‑Full (OTIF) metric above 99.5% for Stockroom build.
- Refill all KANBAN racks on the production line daily to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Prepare periodic, special, and perpetual inventory counts and generate related stock reports.
- Review, pull, label, and stage all material requests from the transfer log multiple times per day.
- Research and re‑pull all lost, damaged, or incomplete orders as required.
- Deliver finished goods carts to the correct production or warehouse locations.
- Manage the out‑of‑stock report to identify materials requiring replenishment or ordering.
- Inspect materials for quality, identify non‑conforming parts, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Participate in team development, collaborative problem‑solving, and continuous improvement activities.
- Read and interpret labels and documentation including material numbers, quantities, units of measure, build dates, delivery points, and ship dates.
- Release and process orders, perform inventory transactions, and complete daily batch work related to the stockroom and kit room.
- Maintain inventory accuracy levels at or above the standard metric of 95%.
- Serve as a second line of defense for receiving materials, verifying correctness and quantity.
- Identify and build 45 standard kits to meet customer and production demand.
- Model safe behaviors and ensure compliance with all related safety procedures and regulations.
- Stock materials on shelves, floors, or bins and complete all associated system transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom environment.
- Operate forklifts, powered pallet jacks, and other equipment required for material movement.
- Communicate effectively with production teams, leadership, customer care, and buyers regarding inventory needs or discrepancies.
- Maintain extensive working knowledge of all parts and products used across production lines.
- Work independently, using strong critical‑thinking skills to resolve issues quickly and appropriately.
- Demonstrate familiarity with the entire plant layout, production lines, and all material storage locations.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Advanced computer skills required, including Microsoft Office and MRP systems.
- Solid work history and strong attendance record required.
- On‑the‑job training provided.
- Ability to determine optimal material storage locations.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written formats.
- Ability to read and write for transacting products, maintaining records, and completing documentation.
- Addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to convert metric units.
- Strong critical‑thinking capability.
