🔍 What You’ll Do
As a Powder Coat Finishing Operator, you will play a critical role in product quality by:
- 🎨 Operating and supporting powder coating and finishing processes for aluminum/fiberglass components
- 🧪 Preparing materials through cleaning, masking, hanging, coating, curing, and inspection
- ✅ Ensuring finished products meet quality, appearance, and durability standards
- 📦 Supporting production goals including On‑Time Delivery, Quality, Safety, Scrap Reduction, and Efficiency
- 🛠️ Following standard work instructions and work orders accurately
- 🦺 Adhering to all safety protocols and wearing required PPE
- 🧹 Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe powder coat and work area
- 🏭 1 year of experience in powder coating, painting, manufacturing, or industrial finishing (preferred)
- 🎯 Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work
- 🔧 Comfortable using hand and power tools
- 📏 Ability to read a tape measure
- ➗ Basic math skills, including fractions
- 💪 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
- 🌟 Willingness to learn, follow processes, and work as part of a team
