We are hiring a dedicated Flocking Sprayer in Charlestown, IN, to apply flocking material to various automotive components. You will operate specialized electrostatic equipment, prepare adhesives, and inspect finished goods. This role offers competitive hourly pay and a stable night-shift schedule.
The ideal candidate possesses strong manual dexterity, high attention to detail, and a mechanical aptitude. While prior manufacturing or spray experience is a plus, you must be physically capable of standing for long periods, wearing required safety gear, and working within a fast-paced environment. You must also pass a physical exam to wear a respirator and be able to work in a non-controlled plant environment with high heat possible.
