Inside Sales Representative – Mitchell 1 (a Division of Snap-on Inc.)
On-site | San Diego, CA | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends

Compensation & Schedule:
- Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Pay Rate: $20/hour commission
- On-target earnings: $80,000/year
What You'll Do:
- Make 50 outbound calls per day to warm leads using a consultative sales approach
- Assess customer needs and recommend the best solutions
- Demonstrate our software products via screen share presentations
- Confidently close sales and follow up with prospects
- Maintain organized and accurate records in our systems
- Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a plus!
What We’re Looking For
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent organization and follow-up abilities
- Confidence in closing sales
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM or sales tools experience is a bonus)
