As one of the faces of our company, Customer Service positions are critical to our daily operations, long term growth and are a driving force behind our continued success. This is a full time, 40 hour per week position.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service role:
- Interact with customers over the phone, via email, and in person.
- Provide a strong first impression to our current and prospective customers.
- Ensure prospects and customers alike are receiving information quickly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other team members on customer artwork and design needs.
- Collaborate with the production and graphic teams to relay the customer’s expectations and ensure their brand standards are being met.
- Manage jobs from initial contact to completion.
- Track customer interactions, post call notes, and updating sales process stages in CRM.
- Work within our production software to write accurate quotes.
- Recommends products and decoration methods based on the individual customer needs.
- Understanding and recommending new product and decoration trends.
- Following our sales process and deliver consistent and branded sales messaging.
- Follow our values and be a trusted member of our team.
- Growing relationships with our current customers.
- Being knowledgeable about our industry and the products/services sold by our company and our partner vendors.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Outstanding communication skills (face-to-face, email and phone).
- A dedication to providing the highest level of customer service possible.
- Detail oriented and able to complete tasks with minimal oversight.
- Self Motivated.
- Proficient with sales technology tools.

Compensation:
- $18 - $20 per hour, based on experience.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
