Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sign manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our custom signage solutions to a wide range of industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate signage solutions (e.g., indoor/outdoor signs, digital signage, vehicle wraps, etc.)
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and presentations
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM system
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales (signage or manufacturing industry is a plus)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand technical products and translate them into customer benefits
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite and KIMCO software
- Valid driver’s license (travel is required)
